I just got off the phone with james landry from the town, here is what I found out:
If everything goes according to plan they will start June 30th, there are no "earth shattering" changes to the design they showed us at the last meeting. They are taking bids from contractors until june 16th so I guess site design only designs and does not build the parks. hopefully we get the same contractors that built longmont.
The old skate park may or may not be given back to douglas county, if it is that just means the county will decide what to do with it instead of the city, so who knows.
